Documentary film is one of Jake's true passions. He believes that journalists have a great responsibility to the public and that independent documentary films can allow objective journalism to be practiced outside the bounds of greater interests. His experience as an editor and director are invaluable to him as a documentary cinematographer. He knows how to tell the story with pictures and what is needed in the edit suite to put together a compelling sequence of shots.

Jake offers a great documentary / ENG equipment package, including the Sony F900 camera, extensive lighting and grip kit, and an HD Deck for down-conversion or post production.
