In 2024, Jake published his first novel, The Rise of The Legends. More than just the start of a series, the book envisions an interactive world where young readers—drawn in by the characters and their adventures—learn by engaging with the same tools, activities, and principles found in the story.

 

Newsweek called The Rise of The Legends “a pioneering work in the STEM novel genre” and “a vibrant conduit for learning, igniting curiosity, and propelling young minds toward the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.”

 

Written for ages 8–13, the adventure was carefully crafted to captivate the imagination while aligning with educational standards. Together with the educational company Dynamic Learning Experiences, Jake co-founded Good Harbor Entertainment, an edutainment company dedicated to setting a new global standard for educational and entertaining experiences.

 

The Rise of The Legends is already finding its place in classrooms, inspiring literacy programs, and launching a hands-on summer camp. Additional content is in development, including a full-cast audio drama adaptation.
